| GRIPPER DEVICES - PMP31 THREE JAWS |  | Gripper with double acting inclined planes with aluminium body powered by a pneumatic system.
Description and application of the PMP3 series 1 gripper unit.
The PMP31 handling gripper is used on automatic handling devices that require precision: assembly machines, robots, etc.. The three jaw gripper is used to grip cylindrical and hexagonal pieces and in all those cases where three point clamping is required.
The body is aluminium and heat treated for high resistance. The carriages and inclined plane are steel and have undergone differentiated
heat treatment. Possibility of both external and internal pick-up of item.
A pressurised system using one of the holes placed in the side of the body is provided.
Feed is possible either laterally or from the bottom on the closing flange.
There is the possibility of providing in the body the inductive sensors to control the position of the carriages.
For all models a version with stroke reduced by half, with double closing force and having the same dimensions, is envisaged.
Model PMP31 is supplied with:
- sensor holder supports, anchoring screws, centring bushing, closing covers.
