Description and application of the PMP21 gripper.
The PMP21 handling gripper is used on automatic handling devices that require precision: assembly machines, robots, etc..
The body is aluminium and heat treated for high resistance. The carriages and inclined plane are steel and have undergone differentiated heat treatment. Possibility of both external and internal pick-up of item.
A pressurised system using one of the holes placed in the side of the body is provided. Feed is possible either laterally, on one of the sides, or from the bottom on the closing fl ange.
There is the possibility of providing in the body two inductive sensors to control the position of the carriages.
For all models a version with stroke reduced by half, with double closing force and having the same dimensions, is envisaged.
Model PMP21 is supplied with:
- sensor holder supports, anchoring screws, centring bushing, closing covers.
